Maybe just inbox her asking for her number? as simple as that.

If she has any sense she'll realise she either didnt give it to you, or will presume you didnt save it. (i know she didnt give it to you but she may not)
 
It's quite difficult not coming off as 'creepy' with a random add on FB, especially if she didn't give you her full name. All down to how comfortable she was with you and mostly how attractive she thinks you are.

But hey, you can't lose what you never had, so shoot her a message and have no attachments to the idea she'll reply.

Why is it, I have no recent photo's of myself. Every photo i have is from before I lost weight.
Any ideas on how to get some without the obvious self portrait pictures, that seem to plague every page?

Go down the pub with your mate and get him to take your photo on your phone.
 
So I had my first POF date the other day, we have been getting on really well on the phone/texts and stuff for about a week, met on new years day, only to find she looked nothing like her pictures and there was just no physical attraction on my behalf. I felt really bad about it, tolerated the date and let her down gently the next day. Quite gutted really as I really liked her personality, but what can I do if I wasn't remotely attracted to her.
 
i know wha you mean with the lack of photos. i take so many photos but being a guy getting people to take photos of general life is hard unless it's a major event, and even then it wont be a usable photo. luckily have a good photo of my that came from a family event, if i hadn't had that i'd be going back years to a proper good one of me.

perhaps try setting your camera with a timer and then quickly getting into a natural pose as though you've just been caught by a friend. you can practice until perfect
 
impossible to find one without fake profiles, though imo the free ones are less likely to have fake ones. you'll get people who make ones to test stuff as i've seen on here guys doing it with hot guys and comparing the response, but with paid sites they will have fake ones to keep you paying just when your membership is about to expire
