Haha. Yeah I drive so if I feel like it, I can travel the full 40 miles...but it's easier just to take the train down! I'll see if I get an encouraging reply to my message though.

So I was chatting to a young lady on POF and it was all going well, then she shuts up shop. Ah well.

Eergh this is cringe-worthy. Some nice-looking gal favourited me a month ago so I decided to finally message her back (haven't checked Match since November lol).

Writing messages whilst trying to come across as a) amusing b) not too weird c) not too much of a loser is VERY hard.

I think I need to treat this like job applications... just fire off a load of messages and hope the law of averages gets me somewhere!

in my eyes girls rarely start the convo even if they like the guy :)

so a simple hi will work if a girl likes you.. if she doesn't i can't see how shes going to reply no matter what you have sent her ;D
