So im gonna out to meet her for the first time on friday at a cafe. The thing is i ride a motorbike, so ill be in full leathers. My mates tell me not wear them as that'll be a very bad impression. Would it be so terrible if i turn up in my leathers, i cant see the problem?

Sponge a lift.. or get the taxi.. if its 30 quid return then its not that bad.

Turning up in leathers is just a bit weird. its like you are dressed to make a quick getaway regardless

Never dated anyone that wasnt local. 30 quid is a quite a bit of money, if it goes well that'll be £30 everytime i go see her.

I meant seek alternative travel choices to get there. Remember this is the *first* time you're meeting up, you will both pick up on little things about each other.

If you two hit it off then further down the line i'm sure she wont mind meeting you in your bikers outfit. But for a first date it's probably wise to wear something a bit more smart. Shirt/jeans/shoes/jacket etc..

So you wear leathers everywhere you go?

I don't think you would have to get a taxi every time. Maybe just the first few dates. Then after that maybe you can show up in your leathers and she can wear her onesie.

I can take the bus, thats a lot cheaper how did i not think of that.
