imo is a good enough first message.

anyone else having a lot more success lately? since new years (apparently the most popular time for people to be online dating) i've had a good amount of interest, more now then i've ever had all put together. just girls becoming more desperate then ever or perhaps word has got around of this player being available and online

Well, it wasn't online dating, but last night at a drinks event I met an absolute cracker of girl... an Eastern European who had lived in Sheffield for around 15 years. Very pretty, very intelligent, and humour so sharp you can slice a finger on it. Plus she snowboards and seems fit and healthy in general, which is good for me as I've stopped smoking and drinking for an indeterminate period of time. Organised a date for next week and got her number, so here's hoping it works out!
