Either the tracking number or delivery reference number should work. Put it into the Reference Number box on the website, not the Consignment number box.

That is of course assuming that your parcel is being delivered by UKMail. When my iPad 3 was delivered it was stated as Syncreon on the Apple page, but it arrived via UPS. I thnk Syncreon are the middle man who pass the deliveries to the couriers.

I have to admit, after doing the GF's upgrade to IOS6 last night, it was the first time I've been a little envious of everyone getting their new iPhones today.
