Not sure why he hasn't had a ban, he's the only person I've ever thought of putting on my ignore list as his posts are completely pointless and just waste my time.

Yeah I doubt the iPad will be altered. Whether this iPad Mini exists or not... not like there's been much in the way of part leaks, but if it's real then obviously that will have the new dock.

Just sent my mrs off for £193 phone only, had a confirmation email this morning to say I would be getting the money.

My mrs didn't want a bigger phone so on a retention deal with vodafone she got 600mins unlimited text, 1gb data Free iphone 4s and no delivery cost for £24 a month. All in £576 over 2 years. Considering the phone cost normally that's pretty damn good.

Myself I think I'm just going to continue staying on sim only and staying one year behind. Let someone sle take the new phone hit and pick up an immaculate used phone each year. Not only that I like to skin and protect my phone and it's a pain waiting for decent cases :D
 
Yeah I'd imagine the pricing will be the same old off Apple.com - just need to get your nose in early to get one on release day. Don't think I'll need more than 16GB as usual either so it'll only be £100-150 spend to upgrade.

If anyones interested I made a comparison spreadsheet at the last launch, prices have dropped a little bit now but see this LINK for the original handset costs for the various Providers and contracts lengths.

Does anyone have any idea about preordering through Vodafone/Orange/T-Mobile? I'll preorder mine asap.
 
Ive just gone onto a sim only contract for 30 days until the new iphone is releqased. cut my phone bill in half, bet if I never rang they would have continued charging me £45 a month
