*** iPhone 5 - Revealed! ***

I think Orange/T-mobile will be getting it first (I received a text from T-mobile saying they are upgrading soon). I get pretty poor coverage with them though so I'm also thinking of moving to 3.

I got a txt from Orange/T-Mobile today saying that they would soon begin upgrading their network to 4G, I would have cared if I didn't live in north Wales where their 3g service is patchy to non existent. Can't wait until contracts up in October so I can jump ship to O2 or Voda.

I've been on a rolling 30 day contract with 3 for nearly 2 years now. No idea of the minutes or texts - silly amounts I never get close to - but they give 1 gb of data and then a free 2 gb on top of that every month. More than enough for the phone, and sufficient to do a bit of tethering or personal hotspot. Great coverage in my area too - east and south east.

They've also finally covered off one of the missing links of their service - European data roaming. Few restrictions at £5 a day. Not great but still a lot better than it used to be.

3UK is also set to get a 4g network up and running, IIRC they have to sell 25% of the 1800mhz off and that will be going to 3UK. 3 Has already made a deal with samsung to release 4g phones.

Really don't know why anyone's interested in 4G. 3G is perfectly fast enough for the type of things you typically do with a phone plus, even when 4G is launched here, the networks will charge a big premium for it.

It'll be a good year or two before we have affordable 4G connections, by which time the iPhone 6 will be out.

I know theres always leaks and nothing is confirmed but there seems to be an awful lot in regards to the iPhone 5. Are Apple losing they're grip on secrecy or the leakers just getting better?

It is just impossible to keep these things under lock and key I would say, but heres hoping we get blown away at the release.

Very true it is impossible but like I said there seems to be way more than previously.

Rumours and speculations is such a big money subject now, so I guess the benefit of leacking products is much greater ever year, and the amount of iPhones they have to make is growing at such a huge rate they cant just start the production late, or keep big parts of it completely secret.

I'm definitely hoping there's some extra features in the iPhone 5 that haven't been leaked yet, but the leaks do seem to be pretty legit and very thorough so hmmmm

What's the deal with Siri? I haven't looked into any of the iOS 6 beta stuff, but is Seri something they're trying to improve, or bury? I remember reading an article about how it was a "total disgrace" and how Steve Jobs would never have allowed it... blah blah!

iOS6 rolls out the location-based Siri stuff the Americans have had available since the 4S came out to other countries, including us.

Also I see the new stock unibody headphones have been leaked as well.

How funny would it be if Apple leaked the phone on purpose and the actual phone is completely different :p I think this has been the most leaked iPhone yet! I just hope that there is a surprise in store for the media event :p
