You forgot Williams :p

Also brake temp (with glow, which apparantly has been there since forever but no temp modelling was the reason it wasn't visible), which honestly I didn't really expect,

And NTM updates which was a given really, be interesting to see how much they change it :)

Wow. Brake temperature is going to be modeled? If that's the case then I'd imagine that the current Skip technique of using the brake and the throttle together might have just been made useless.... We shall see i guess!

I must say everything mentioned so far sounds awesome. It sounds like they've worked on the NTM a lot so fingers crossed they've ironed out some of the issues.

It'll certainly 'settle' one of the long running forum arguments, one side claiming it's completely unrealistic, others saying that with modern braking systems it's not an issue...

Ultimately since the ntm the level of brake/throttle has been reduced a fair bit anyway, might have to reduce it a bit more (or manage it a bit maybe) but ultimately won't make a big difference, I think :p

Interestingly, iirc, you can see the discs on the skippy, that could be quite cool :)

Just did a handful of laps each in the Radical (oulton w/brittens), Skippy (Summit full, last one I drove it at seriously) and the Williams (Suzuka)

Radical, been a whilst since I drove it properly, and no real setup, but it felt a bit better to me, more front end bite so no longer the 'need' to get it sliding, or so it felt. Didn't manage to get within 3s off my PB around there though so maybe just going too slowly :p

Skippy, a decent improvement in my book, got a lot more front end on it, without going back to the otm slideyness, me like. Oh, and managed a 1:21.6, my PB when I was practicing around here was a low 22 iirc

Williams, not got much to compare it to, but felt good, bit mental in the first 3 gears but I seem to recall that was always the case. The new wind/tyre noise is odd but not bad. Tyres felt ok, not sure if it's new but locked up a few times into the hairpin and still felt like I had control/knew what it was doing, but as mentioned been a long time since I drove this and then never properly...

Sounds good then! I'll be interested to see how the new SuperSpeedway changes affect things. If I understand it correctly the change should reduce the pack racing element?

Sounds like they've 'made' it close to RL where daytona/dega are now both '2-car tangos' rather than old school packs...

Oh, brakes, worth mentioning there's no fade, it's just visual and heating up the wheel rim (and hence tyre) so far. Also I failed to get the brakes glowing on the Skippy, I am disappoint.

I did spot some glowing from my back brakes on the Williams going into the last chicane though :)
