We'll offer £40m plus Pavlyuchenko for Torres.
Konchesky to Forest? Please be true.

where would that leave Crouch and Defoe?
I dont believe either story about Spurs tbh, since when did they have between 30 and 38m to spend on a single player? Also say they did sign either Rossi or Aguero where would that leave Crouch and Defoe? As it is they only play with one of the two at the moment if they signed one of those aforementioned players at that price neither would then be getting a game and that's without mentioning the Russian fella who's name I cant spell.
Also without the obvious answer of wanting to improve themselves what's the reason for spending so much money on either of these two players? Even with them Spurs aren't going to win the Champions League or the Premiership so would it purely be to give them a better chance of finishing forth again?
Sorry I dont believe it, the amount of speculation that comes out of Atletico in particular and most of it ends up not amounting to anything. Same with Rossi, every window he's linked with someone and tbh in his case I dont think he's any better than Defoe anyway.
Spurs fans shouldn't get too carried away imo

I would be interested to know the opposite side of the coin, not how the Liverpool fans feel, but how the Chelsea fans feel. For quite a while now many Chelsea fans have sat on the forum and happily declared that there is no-one from the Liverpool team they would want because they arent good enough, so my question would be what do they think , do they actually want Torres?
at another club hopefully! they're really not happening atm

There's not a team in the world that wouldn't want Torres tbh, I'd take him in a heart beat.
Current form counts for nothing, he's a proven world class striker of the very top level.
Believe me, I'm not. I've heard it all before from SSN and their 'sources'.
Anyone remember when Levy was off to Barca to sign Puyol?
It's not just SSN, it's in the Times too and they're saying you've bid for a few other aswell.
I wouldn't take him at United, not because he's a bad player but what would we do with him? Drop Berbatov? Sell Rooney? (to who?) and then how would signing a third big striker affect the development of Hernandez?

Watching SSN, is there anyone in Spain Spurs haven't bid for?
