There is a new version but it appears to have been pulled. I’m having the same issue. :(

You probably have to download and install the latest software for your PC from here (https://www.lg.com/us/support/software-firmware-drivers - just enter the model number) and then it may well tell you if there's an available update for the firmware.

At the people not getting the new firmware update pop up I have no idea if it pulled or not but do make sure that the latest software for the on-screen control is installed version 7.24

My current firmware update is now 4.04, 31, 6.06

Yep I have OSC 7.24, and the firmware still won’t appear for me. Tried on Windows and macOS. Really sad as I’m having black screen issues.
 
So I have just been reading on reddit my last firmware was 6.04 users with 6.05 are not getting the firmware yet.

So this might be a release schedule over time UK has the firmware rest of Europe at a later date abit like phone firmware updates dont all release at the same time.

So I went from 6.04 to 6.06 UK

Do you have any way to check which requests the LG app performs on your computer? It’d be awesome to know if your LG app pings the same web page, but I don’t want to bother you with installing software just to satisfy my curiosity lol

Following from this, I got the monitor yesterday and Im on “3.03,0,6.05” and I’m in the UK. I’m still not sure what I’m doing wrong and why I cant get the update… Really weird? I have only the 1 monitor. Plugged in USB and says I have latest version.

To the people having problems getting the update, why not just use a vpn while connected to a USA server ?? Flyvpn gives you free trial access 3 times a day give it a shot nothing to lose. Or wait .....

Doesn't seem to be location. I am in the UK and got the update while other UK users reporting not receiving the update.
