LG Flatron W2600HP 26

We had two units arrive the other day but the amount of pre-orders we've collected so far easily outweighs this. We still don't have any date at all as to when LG are actually going to ship enough to cover ALL of the backorders.

I'm going to put a call in now to our suppliers regarding the fact this was TN as it should have been IPS as promised. For the two guys that got monitors, call/send a webnote to the tech guys and we'll sort it out.
 
I've pretty much always had great service from OcUk, but has anyone seen the OcUk seller rating via google, doesn't paint a good picture.

But I'll continue using OcUk until my own experience points me in another direction.
 
SW just put the same response in my query on the Customer Service forum - much appreciated. As above, always had great service from OCUK, never had cause to complain. Plus a small rebate given last year when they didn't have to shows the commitment to their customers. Screw Google ratings!!
 
Seller rating sites are never a true reflection of how a store is performing. You can keep a million people happy but annoy one and they will find every place to post about it. The happy customers generally do not post, the unhappy ones want to tell every man and his dog.
 
Obviously there is another confirmation that these should be IPS above. I have just just had a response to my web note stating "the next batch will be IPS".

I guess we will all just have to suck it up and hang in there!
