Contentment is definitely responsible there's no question there - we both decided to do something about it after we moved to scotland - I have gone from 23 stone 5 to just over 21 stone (since jan) and the wife has lost over 2 stone!!! It's been incredibly difficult though!

My wife complains about her weight when I met her about 3-4 years ago she weighed 38kg's so like under 6 stone now she weighs 40kgs just over or on 6 stone and she says she feels fat etc Myself I weighed 58kg's and now about 65-8kgs so I keep saying to her if anyone should feel fat it should be me I blame it on the happy marriage

But I guess at the end of the day it is only yourself you need to please about weight looks etc

Ill talk about porkers honestly and I wont worry about offending Pigs and Kate cos I know they aint fat....but sadly im not psychic so I have no idea whether other people might get offended..

I happen to believe being fat is an undesirable trait and im always gonna be honest about it...I cant change my opinion just on the off chance some lurker might get offended.

Obviously if someone is offended by my comments, ill apologise and try and make them more general in future.
 
I was told recently I was a bit fat. Honestly, by a mate, to my face.

Didn't really bother me. Guess I don't have a problem with my weight.
