Wasn't feeling that 3rd rep at all! Probably had it in me but **** it, i'm still in the better safe than sorry crew.
Yes i am aware i take about 6 days to reset between reps :D

As you say, better to be safe than sorry, no point putting yourself out again. I'm not entirely sure how your atp (if that's what you have?) will effect your lumbar, but it doesn't look like it's going in to bad territory.
 
Woke up this morning with a splitting headache so dropped some paracetamol and waited for it to subside. Couldn't miss chest mondays amirite?
