Nice joocy leg pump again. Still had DL doms from friday and chest doms from yesterday which sucked. Shoulder didn't enjoy dips. My body feels like it's made of cheese this week. Weight hasn't changed since last week, more food pls. Essay of excuses for being a phaggot/10

Had some weirdness going on last night with some major tightness in my lower back/above right glute and right hip flexor. Did a ton of stretching and soft tissue work but didn't really sort it. Was still tight this morning but not as bad.
Leg Press 80kg 8 120kg 8 140kg 10x10 - Went back to 140 for slower, more controlled reps to stop bum tuck. Felt much much better but still can't get as deep as i would like.
