And, APT generally means your anterior core is ****. Having fixed my own issue here, I can't recommend proper core work enough.

*apart from "weakness" not being the perfect word. It's more a problem of control and firing patterns. To completely counter this point, lower back strengthening work COULD fix the issue, but not without a lot of anterior core work.
