Awesome workout. Back is feeling a bit better really working on the core and stuff.

So yeah, gym was too rammed for legs. Could barely get on anything hence no cable work. Fuuuuuu gonna see tomorrow if going at 2ish is any better. If not back to mornings i guess.

Deads 65kg paused 8 100kg 8 8 6 - Just felt like i had to do some, i'm sick of not. They actually felt great. Extremely ****ing hard, but great. Struggled to fire my glutes properly though considering they are still insanely painful from leg day :(

I've also had a twitching muscle around my left scap for over 24 hours now. It's getting tedious :eek: Going to have to be even more aggressive with the ball, is such a thing even possible?

I used to have them all of the time. Try lying on the floor with the ball where you need it and your arms by your side, then floss by bringing your arm up and over to your head.
