Feels like it puts me so off balance/center so i just strapped instead. I'd rather focus on keeping form than **** about with that for now.

My weight fluctuations make it so hard to gauge progress but strength is going up and looking bigger so i'm taking it as good news. For example on monday i weighed 183.8lbs, today 187.4 No logic behind that.
I can understand being slightly low on monday as i had a bit of a screwed up weekend macros wise, but i should still have been around 185 as per the week before, which would still be a 2lb gain in 3 days
