Such an outrageous bicep and forearm pump today. Shame the 50% bf crew were also training making me feel small.

Your gains are out of control brah, wasn't it 5 minutes ago you were a mincey no deads or squats cos it hurts phaggot? Now your repping 140 like whoa. Also holy **** at bicep strength luls, thems some heavy ass curls.
 
Deads are weird. I've been doing them on and off since i started the log, and then various things rape my back which means i can barely lift a toilet seat never mind deadlift for a week then i'm back to normal. Whether it be squats that kill it, or even waking up one morning like a cripple. ****ing weird.
So yeah that was 5 reps of my old PB, and i possibly had another 1, maybe 2 in me but i'm still being somewhat conservative as at the end of the day i still have what i can only describe as feeling like a 'weakness' there.

Squats still don't feel right, so i'll stick to light for now with them while i keep the core work going.

It turns out he's built for benching! Those snapped up shoulder/t-spine positions seem to either lead to a tren bench or a shoulder explosion. Sometimes both.

Great gains! Congrats.

(I'm pretty sure you could have repped 100kg comfortably at the meet though)

Yeah that was with salts though, would have repped it 15 times if i had them today.
