Log of Peace - My Aesthetic Journey to The Peak of Mt. Olympus

You lock your knees a bit early on the last rep and the bar is moving away from you slightly.

However, this is probably due to snapping yourself up a hill.

Is it your shoulders making your upper back look rounded? Or is your upper back rounded? Shoulders back and down nice and tight, this should help you keep the bar closer to your body as well.

Good luck with the snap fixing dude! Might be worth considering some variations of squats and dl's that you could use to help with fixing your snaps up.

I can do cleans, but obviously gym ceiling is pretty much head height :p (and im somewhat weary of snapping my **** up atm..)

edit: i think my problem with olympic lifting really is that i'd rather learn to do it properly from the outset, i.e be taught.
