The video should be 5 minutes long of them saying we F'ed up it's unacceptable and no excuses, and direct sorry's to those involved no jokes and that's it and let it sit. if you want to do a how we are improving video in two weeks fine I guess PR all you like.
and that's the problem everyone knows this is just a PR fluff video so nothing in it can be taken as genuine.
