Seen way too many American war films in my time, the appeal of them kinda disappears and they don't seem that interesting anymoreWhat does this mean?
BOB was great but since then I don't recall anything I've really enjoyed from a US viewpoint

Yeah the "well if I cant see him I cant bloody well shoot him can i?" from BOBThere probably was some bants / rivalry between the allies, as I’m sure there is today.
Nothing to get upset about.
Although I did raise an eyebrow when she said she her family were in Scotland with that accent
After watching the latest episode last night, it's so disjointed. First raid on Berlin, nothing shown of the mission, just lots of planes gone. Those two guys escaping in France, looked like a story was developing there, then suddenly they are riding bicycles on the base and back on a plane to the States! The 'great escape' in the camp, hardly a mention.
I can only assume a lot of stuff was left on the cutting room floor to get it down to 9 episodes. Think there's only two left so this is all going to come to an unsatisfying screeching halt.

I'll finish it and while it hasn't been difficult to get through I can't see myself watching it again unless I'm desperate for this kind of show.
I can't even blame it on watching it weekly, it just feels.. not very good.
