Erm, no.

Although the world may be split in Islam into muslim and non muslim, Islam still teaches and wants to force the entire world into submission to it, and its political system. Whether it happens or not, it is still an Islamic dream and desire under the teachings of Islam.

Eradicating belief doesnt mean eradicating people, though its no surprise that people with a strong believe in imaginary things would feel that way since they like to make themselves victims out of non threatening words.

That is a significant part of it, however it is also a part of the Sharia Law in a lot of Islamic Countries that women are not allowed to go out or be in the company of unrelated men, unless they face severe consequences.

Culture or Religion is an arguable point, but if you think that Islam is completely tolerant of girls going out for social reasons until 3am, you have to be very very mistaken.
