and yes men within islam cant be trusted lol....but then its just not muslim men...D
oh yeah i didn't just mean only Muslim men, just that Islam has this as a focus in many of it's laws/reasoning's where as the other religions ignore it a lot more.
and yes men within islam cant be trusted lol....but then its just not muslim men...D
What your saying is though only atheists can have arbitrators which is pretty discriminatory, and basically shows that like the more right wing Islamic you believe your belief system is the only correct opne and everyone should be forced to use it regardless of what they think.
Do you understand what 'One Law For All' means? It doesnt mean a law just for atheists, it means one same law that deals with every faith as well.
Also, what do Muslims who dont live near to the ones we currently have use?
How does it work in the USA under their seperation of church and state?
Agree...
Now answer this question, in two parts. 1) Has any Muslim been forced to view "Draw Mohammed Day" on facebook? 2) Has any Muslim viewing "Draw Mohammed Day" on facebook, found themselves actually threated in anyway, or had to, in any way at all, change their lifestyle?
Yes or no will do...
Yes now read that quote again and tell me what does it say??...it says quite clearly from what i have understood of it is that for men standing at the front is the best whilst standing at the back is the worst....and for women it says exactly the same...
If someone gets offended by a drawing to the point of making a fool of themselves then they're illogical idiots.
New Poll Shows 78 Percent of Pakistanis Support Death Penalty for Leaving Islam, and 83 percent support stoning adulterers.
This is consistent with previous polls where 75 percent have called for implementation of strict Sharia law by Pakistan government.
page 3 — “The new poll finds broad support for harsh punishments: 78% favor death for those who leave Islam; 80% favor whippings and cutting off hands for crimes like theft and robbery; and 83% favor stoning adulterers.”
Only 16% of Pakistanis express a favorable view of the U.S.
I really don't get your problem with this, they are 100% voluntary and either side can say no.
You do remember History right? It wasn't long ago that death by burning or hanging was the norm right here in the UK for going against the grain, for being a "witch".
Yes People like that are idiots and they skew the face of any religion that they follow by citing it for their ways.

OK... It says... (you seem to be misreading what you wrote)
THE BEST ROW FOR MEN IS THE FIRST ROW, AND THE WORST IS THE LAST!
THE BEST ROW FOR WOMEN IS THE LAST ROW, AND THE WORST IS THE FIRST!
ie: The best rows are obviously the front rows, which are reserved for men. The worst rows are out of the way at the back, where the women should go. Pretty sexist really. Men > women.
.
Indeed! And our culture moved forwards to understand such actions (beliefs) were ridiculous
picture in your mind a round world. Now imagine that there are two people on this world, one at each pole. For the person at the top of the world, (the North Pole), gravity is pulling him down, towards the South Pole. But for the person at the South Pole, shouldn't gravity pull him down as well? What keeps our person at the South Pole from falling completely off the face of the "globe"?
Now I actually thought that the Muslim guy wasnt doing to bad there, until he said that there are only dozens of innocent Americans.

Nothing to be ashamed of. Most religions, being creations of the cultures that grow them, are a reflection of that culture at the time of inception. And as such most religions - like cultures of old - tend to be very sexist. Could you imagine a female pope 500yrs ago? No, the culture would not allow it. But now the culture has become more equal towards men and women, the religion within that culture will slowly be forced to catch up.
Likewise, I suspect Islamic women generally have more freedom within those cultures/countries where men and women are treated more equally. And Islamic women have a 'harder' time in those cultures/countries which are more backward in this area.
I'll admit that I'm a white guy, and know little of Islam, but I will say my boss is Muslim, and know his marridge was "sort" of arranged. He and his wife both had a choice, and they're both very happily married and she's very happy.
Just saying that it's not always a bad thing is all, but, like a lot of things with humans, it can be abused.
Just re-read my post and realized the end sounded a bit retarded, but meh.
I thought he was an uneducated idiot from the start and then he proved it by saying Hitler killed 50 million. Why no mention of Uncle Joe Stalin? Another idiot Imam with a rather selective grasp of history (Oh look at the big bad West) and spouting crap.
It was interesting that she stated the Crusades only occured after Islamic decrees to kill Christians and Jews. I always thought it was to free Jerusalem.
Funnily enough a lot of arranged marriages do work...but these days an arranged marriage isnt 2 strangers getting married but rather 2 people meeting up and getting to know each other....sure there are very backward muslims but there are a lot of forward thinking muslims.
I have a lot of cousins both male and female who have had arranged marriages and other than a few ie 2-3 most of them are working perfectly fine.
Long gone are those days when parents said you marry this person no ifs ands or buts about it but i think with my generation we are much much more relaxed compared to our parents....for the record i had an arranged marriage 8 yrs ago...long story but it didnt work out...but my mum never EVER forced me to marry her...she introduced us and it was left to me to decide. I accept that there are some muslim fathers/mothers who decide ultimately what is best for their children...again i dont condone nore agree with such stances and i find them out dated in all honesty.
Which is fair enough.
I think it's all fine, as long as the person does get a choice. Afterall, what's the point with being with someone for life if they don't even like you?
I think we realise that the front is interpreted as better with just a pinch of common sense can't we?#But it says the best row fro women is the back, so does that mean the best row is the back and it's sexist againt men as they have to sit i nthe worst?
You're just adding your own assumption that front = better.
If it said the best side for men is the left and the worst side for men is the right, and the best side for women is the right and the worst for women the left.
Would that make either side better?
No just one is better for men and one better for women.
