Mercedes Benz and AMG Owners

This patently isnt true though is it, if it was, why didnt you save an absolute bundle and just buy Hyundai cars prior to BEVs being a thing?

I bought the first Merc instead of a Focus as the cost was the same... so are you saying my opinion isn't true? I find it just as nice, in some ways better that the last two Merc's, it's much more pleasant due to not having a noisy diesel engine, its much smoother to drive, the seats are way more comfortable (which I didn't expect), even on my premium plus there was no heated steering wheel there is on this, the seat heaters are better, and coming from the merc to the Infotainment system on the Hyudnai meant I no longer wished I had Android Auto/Car play as it is actually good, and probably other things, I miss the pano roof, but no so much as I give up all the positives.

Tell me what to you makes something nicer inside a car, or nicer to use/drive? If you say soft touch plastics that you hardly ever touch I'll have to laugh.

This is a rather silly tangent at this point, as you are effectively saying that there is nothing actually better (arguably worse) about premium cars, over basic cheap ones. Your opinion is your own and it is fine to have, but the entire existence of the premium car market disagrees with you...

Laugh all you like but trillions of pounds in the world economy are spent on things which feel like well made, quality products. Otherwise everyone would have an Aldi own brand television, a Casio watch, or whatever. Features alone are not what makes a product. They are just one important part of what makes an overall product desirable or not.

You presumably don't sit on a beanbag with an upside down cardboard box as a coffee table when you're in your lounge, do you? Yet really the features offered by an upside down cardboard box are more or less the same as a quality coffee table. But look how much more it would cost to get a quality coffee table..

Isn't Genesis a more fair comparison?

Hyundai doesn't have the same shareholder demands as Mercedes so that explains a big part of the pricing difference, in addition the product stuff.

Enjoyed the first few days with my C220d coupe (2017 37k miles £17k so seemed a good deal) , bit odd considering my previous car history but it's lovely and relaxing

Will get something for fun in a couple of months

Woke up to a low rider! This never ends!

It pumped up a bit when I started the car, but not level with the other side. Another trip to Mercedes? I’ve not even had this 6 months, can I swap it with them for a not broken one?

Swap the car because of a failed airbag? Probably not. Have you had lots of other issues?

Oof yeah just seen some of your other posts. Sounds like a nightmare. A full wiring loom change on such a complicated car is always likely to leave gremlins/ less than perfect modules. Was it new or second hand?

It was a Mercedes approved from Inchcape derby, I’m going to mention this is getting daft when I ring on Monday

Why didn't you quote my whole post? I had 2x C Class prior to this model release, both brand new, and both nice cars. I said I wouldn't get this regardless as it isn't BEV, my Hyundai is just as nice, if you don't agree then I don't care. K, thanks bye.

Guess it wont be just me thinking your Hyundai champion isn't deluded now :D
