well i have been trying do the first event gor a good 20 minutes. My mate uses a pad and he said that the cars felt weigtless and drifty.
Plugged in my DFGT and downloaded drivers.
My god what a pile of turd. There is no option to change sensitivity or stuff for the first race. I have never played a game that feels this bad with FFB. The car literaly tank slaps side to side.
Ill try another hour and change the steering settings
EDIT. that look to apex in helmet cam is terrible![]()
GTR in first race (terrible)
Megane (understeers like a complete cow)
8C (not bad but heavy tank slapping
i want to try it with better cars but i cant.

Megane needs a bit of tuning work. FWD will always understeer, you need to change driving style to suit.
The game looks stunning, but the physics are lacking some fundamental laws.
maybe the publishers are building up peoples expectations too much with all their hype, and the failure to deliver these titles as promised, will only lead to dissapointment and returns

2nded.
i know i have moaned about the game, but i do believe that the more you play it the more you adapt to it. but i still stand by my views that it is still somewhat of a let down from the game that was promised.
its not an arcade game by any stretch of the imagination, but i dont feel its a simulator either, its feels kind of like a halfway house.
i have never driven an audi s3 so no, i dont know how it should handle, so maybe it is realistic. and i use a 360 controller, so again, maybe this is some o the reason for the problems (if so i feel sorry for console owners). i am starting to get to like the game, im just struggling to justify why i bought it on pre-order and didnt just wait.
Nice to know someone has a similar view, I have actually just edited the post with a few more annoyances that I thought of. hehe
I wish I'd waited too
It's Shift 1 but a little prettier. I'm also using a 360 pad, need to find some decent settings for it as so far the driving experience has been wholly underwhelming.
Yeah I agree with the halfway house comment, chief you really need to play it with a decent wheel on a big screen, its a different game. I tried it with a 360 joypad yesterday and it felt crap, something that you would get used to and adapt to but the wheel is just in another league.
