At this point, you've got to start to wonder if Nintendo are intentionally encouraging this sort of drip feeding of leaks to generate hype - for a company that can normally keep things very close to their chest when they choose to, it would be odd that all this is coming out without them being complicit to some extent.

The other thing that makes me wonder if its pseudo-deliberate/encouraged is there's suddenly loads about the console, but VERY little concrete info about the software, whereas if this was all completely adhoc, you'd expect there to have been some cartridge shots/software info etc.

I think you are giving Nintendo a bit too much credit here ;)

It's 3rd party accessory manufacturers that are causing this with 3D CAD files for testing the fit of their products. (the motherboard leak was a bit more extreme i give you that)

They're 3rd party accessory manufacturers that you could tie up with relatively simple contracts / NDAs if you wanted to though - leak anything and we'll fine you X and you'll never work with us again - the fact they're happy to openly show these things would suggest Nintendo weren't too fussy about tying them up to keep it all under wraps.

Maybe encouraging it is a bit exaggerated but they don't seem to have taken (m)any steps to prevent it happening.

Don't think there will be any issues ... rumours have been circulating for quite some time that Nintendo have been stockpiling the new console to ensure there is a good supply for launch. Hence why there were shipping mainfest leaks etc.
