I've ordered one of these, should be with me on the 20th for a flight. Seems to have gone out of stock now though.
Pretty much necessary if you want to use the Joycons detached and want to charge the Switch via a battery pack, for flights! The charging port placement at the bottom is my biggest design gripe!

I went for the Orzly one over the Hori one as it's identical but 2/3 the price and comes with a good quality USB-C cable and tempered glass screen protector. This is also my biggest design gripe with the Switch.

Don't you know that playing the Switch in public makes you a very unsavoury individual? Doubly so if you don't make powerpoint presentations whilst on a flight.
are you talking about the Orzly "stand and type" case? If so it looks like the bottom USB-C port will still be an issue with that

Some muppet was making stupid posts earlier in the thread about how playing the Switch in public made you a paedophile and that you should spend your time on planes more productively.
They are excellent and fairly priced. I've used their products on many devices.
Think I'll order one along with a switch this week. I was thinking of second hand Wii u but you literally have to have the optional controller for it in my view unlike the switch. They aren't particularly cheap either.
