*** Nintendo Switch ***

So again, its not an essential, its just your preference and just an essential for you. A large majority of Switch users get on absolutely fine using the joy cons in the grip as intended.

To be fair he explicitly said "For me" at the start of his post.

I still think it's down-right dirty of Nintendo to make you buy the charging joycon grip separately.

Saw a guy on the metro this morning playing the Switch and Zelda. First one I've seen in the flesh.

Looked awesome

I've ordered one of these, should be with me on the 20th for a flight. Seems to have gone out of stock now though.

Pretty much necessary if you want to use the Joycons detached and want to charge the Switch via a battery pack, for flights! The charging port placement at the bottom is my biggest design gripe!

I went for the Orzly one over the Hori one as it's identical but 2/3 the price and comes with a good quality USB-C cable and tempered glass screen protector. This is also my biggest design gripe with the Switch.

are you talking about the Orzly "stand and type" case? If so it looks like the bottom USB-C port will still be an issue with that

They are excellent and fairly priced. I've used their products on many devices.

Think I'll order one along with a switch this week. I was thinking of second hand Wii u but you literally have to have the optional controller for it in my view unlike the switch. They aren't particularly cheap either.

Anyone going to get the 'soft' feel type screen protector to reduce reflections? I'm tempted. Playing on the train can be a pain.
