*** Nintendo Switch ***

$60 though, and I would like to buy a copy for my son as well.

This would be a triple dip for me (PC and PS4), but damn the idea of playing this on the go is tempting.

I think once I've unlocked all of the characters is Ultimate I probably won't really touch the single player modes, but they seem engaging enough.

Spirits mode feels like a challenge mode essentially, with a light strategic element, combined with collectable card system (Smash Ultimate Team? :D)

I really don't see the point of pre-ordering digital versions of games unless there is a meaningful incentive (like a discount), might as well wait for reviews to come out before purchasing.

The same could be said for physical copies of the game. They're never in short supply and you can just pop out and get it if the reviews turn out to be good.

That’s true but at least with physical there is a chance of picking it up ‘discounted’ like the poster above preordering Diablo for £27.
Exactly. When its a game you KNOW you want and will buy you can often pick up discounts buy pre-ordering. Thats how Kree gets such good prices for example :p

I need to start doing it from Amazon.co.uk. But I've been doing it from a local store here in Portugal and get 10-15% discount each time. Coupled with free delivery as well. Bonus!

Haha yes :D

I got £10 off pokemon, I was going to get it either way but I will never pre order on the Eshop, pointless unless you have rubbish internet and you must play it seconds after unlocked.

That’s assuming Nintendo even does preloading, I have no idea as I don’t pre order digital games.
