Excited for Diablo 3 on Friday. Looks like they've nailed the port and everything I've seen and read so far has been really positive. Anyone else pre-order?

Also - despite not initially being that fussed - I've been looking into Civ 6. It actually looks really great! Be interesting to see how it holds up. If they get it right I might have to go for that as well.

Yeah my wife loves local coop games so we will be giving Diablo 3 a whirl.

Civ 6 is also a game I'm keeping my eye on as I love a good strategy game.

DLC adds the Master Sword trials which is awesome, the other extra content is nice and arguably should have been in there from the beginning. Its worth it for the master sword alone IMO.
 
Would love Diablo 3 but I just can't persuade myself to buy it again after playing it on the PS4 and paying £15 for it about 2 years ago on there. This is the biggest issue I have with Switch ports. I simply can't bring myself to put down £40+ for a game that is really old and super cheap on other consoles.

Thanks for the reply Im going to buy then DLC absolute love this game, defiantly got my moneys worth and then some fingers crossed on DLC pack 3 or expansion pack?.....
 
There won't be anymore dlc I don't think. Nintendo confirmed that they had stopped development on the game. They're probably working on the next Zelda game :)

I remember reading that but then I read the Nintendo's latest fiscal update and plans for the future, they said they wanted to make more DLC for their current big titles? a glimmer of hope.....
 
Like Plainsong says. The most obvious one for that is Mario Odyssey. It would be so easy to expand it by simply adding more world's to fly to!

Nintendo said recently that they are planning to work on dlc for their bigger selling titles, so Mario kart, odyssey, Zelda and Splatoon could potentially get dlc in the future

I would never say no to more BOTW. But I don't want to get my hopes up either :p

Mario Kart already has a load of updates from the base game and its a port, Zelda has been confirmed to be done and the same with Splatoon. I would love to see some Odyssey DLC but I would love it for Nintendo to pull their finger out and bring us new games for their big franchises.

They should be well into a new Zelda, Mario Kart and potentially Mario game by now. Zelda was developed for the Wii U so its borderline whether its even a Switch game.
 
Well that direct was good. Spirit mode looks interesting and what the HELL is that world of light?! Had me super confused that one! Looks like plenty of single player content either way.

And Pirahna plant... :D
