Can’t be right. There’s no way they would lock you out of buying a 4090 if you bought a 3000 FE.

Wccftech got their FE4090 to break 100tflops with a simple overclock in MSI afterburner.
To get 100tflops the card needed 540w power draw and under load it run at 3ghz

That's to clamp down on miners and scalpers during the pandemic boom which is now a bust and it only applied to the 3000 series anyway.few of my freinds tried to buy a second fe or a lower card and they cancelled the orders
No chance they need all the sales they can get will be reset for 40 series
I find this really hard to believe, it's illogical for them to do this.

Yep if you have a 3060 or above from them you can’t purchase this gen for two months. They posted about a hour ago.

That's crazy, seriously? Not that I was going to buy one anyway, even though it is an amazing card it's just far too expensive to play console ports with somewhat better graphics.

They’re the only supplier in the UK offering the FE4090.
You can’t purchase a 3000 series card but you can a 4000 series.

It will. That PSU uses type 4 cables.
Or you could get this, it plugs straight into the PSU.
its overkill. you simply put are wasting money and better off saving the money for either a better display (which is already pretty good) or better audio.
Its crazy how people will jump on an expensive new toy which they cant even utilise to anywhere near its true potential for a pretty much non tangible gain in performance. the marketting machine is crazy.
