Had a 3080ti in my basket for about eternity. Card got declined 10 times and halifax said its a 30 min wait to speak to fraud team. So ended up paying with Ethereum lol
I'm guessing less than a 100 to go around.Fair enough, probably only had a few and then there's thousands trying to get the few!
Aren't we all lol, caught out a few times trying to beat the captcha!

I was raging at that bloody captcha. You're not the only one lol! Apparently Scan changes the stock status as soon as all cards have been added to the basket, rather than a confirmed purchase. Don't quote me on that though.

I had a 3090 in my cart, decided that probably 1400 wasn't a great idea, then realised I could probably mine the difference in downtime compared to a lesser card, but too late by then...

Ah mate, that's unfortunate. Next time! Tbh a 3080 is probably more bang for your buck. I'll definitely be selling my 3090 once I can get my hands on a 3080.

Tempted, but ultimately both those cards are way above my needs. Id rather someone who actually needs those cards to get one, id only be trying to trade down at some point
I've uninstalled Telegram now I've snagged a card, massive thanks to those who shared the info on it.
I also pre ordered and paid up front for an EVGA 3090 FTW3 ULTRA over the weekend for £1900, I'm position 20 in the queue but if the FE card isn't too loud I'll just stick with that and cancel my pre order. I'm not going to be the guy who snags two cards and sells one for silly money on eBay.

The 3090FE is pretty quiet unless the VRAM gets too hot. Undervolting a little helps a lot with that though. When showing off my PC to my daughter and her boyfriend they couldn't believe how quiet the 3090FE was under load compared to their PCs.

...and if you 'loose' the coil-whine lottery. Fans are pretty quiet on mine now. (Undervolted / re-padded) Barely go over 1100rpm. So the coil whine is now louder than any fan in my system.
Would love to know too
