Home made meat and potato pie (practically just huge potatoes and mince).
130g or chicken/ham.
15:45 - Pre workout
60g Oats, 30g Whey in one pint of semi-skimmed milk.
1 Banana
16:45 - Post workout
1 Banana
Tuna fish
18:00
2x Chicken breast or steak/cod.
Some sort of potatoes
21:00
Irish stew and semi-skimmed milk.
Multivitamin
My diet isn't really all that good, but it works for me. I started to put on a little bit of a belly so I took it easy in my week off and cut quite a lot of carbs, not taking oats pre-workout anymore for a little and seeing how it goes.
Had a good session today
