yeah good genes, my uncle and gramps are the same lol my gramps muscles still ripple and he is ripped 72 and he still trains

any chance of posting your diet and training?

i'm a similar shape to you in the first pic, been training for years now but i think it's my diet that lets me down, really low body fat but i need to push on now, want some real mass...

Similar height and weight to me PK, im 6 ft 3 and 16 stones. just started training last week. how long you been doing it for?

May as well fire a picture up, still scrawny though compared to a lot of you :p

Used to be 15stone of pure fat, got down to 11stone with little muscle, just building myself back up.

20lbs difference between the 2 pictures.

I haven't set myself any goals. I'll just continue cutting until I start my next bulk in October or until I start to lose strength. I'm not really interested in the six pack look but if I can get down to a weight that shows a bit of definition without losing strength I'll happily take it. I'll set myself some solid goals once I start my next 5x5 cycle.

Two months in and going strong iam quite happy with the overall gains. Nearly every one in work has said "you look bigger have u been workin out" :D Currently 190lbs and 5ft8.
Still doing the 3 day split that morba recommended should i re jig it or keep going with it?

^See my arms are big but when I do that same stance you do my arms look like that I don't know if it's maybe a layer of fleash or fat that's surrounding them but they don't have that look of say Wardie's biceps.
