A 3 day split is a good start, combined with your squash it would make for an excellent allround routine.

I meant to add (sorry for sounding like a complete novice) I have weights at home, although no bench etc. I have a barbell and dumbells, As they are now the barbell is 30kg and the dumbells 8.5kg each, though I can increase this by moving weights around between the two.

Would it be worth adding in some sort of home routine?

Personally mate I would join a gym. It's easy to get distracted when you first start out, and going to a gym will help you focus. When you get there you'll think 'I have an hour to get things done' and then crack on with it. Thats how it is for me.

Right you'll have to excuse the horrid sight that is me - I know I'm a hairy **** but I don't tend to get rid of my back/shoulder hair until I go on to the beach - so you're just going to have to be grossed out by them :p

You don't have to keep going on about the hair you know - I have to live with it! :p

AS I said come summer the fur comes off (though not on the chest, I like it :D).

I weighed myself a couple of weeks ago and I was around 96kg however I seem to fluctuate between 94 to 97.

Keep 'em coming guys - I've heard them all :p

But yes I'm immortal, I just have an aversion to silver and wolfsbane - ok? ;)

Abs? I don't do that much ab work, I tend to hit them with compound exercises believe it or not, I do do some straight leg pull ups. I do sit ups once ever 2 weeks at the most. I have a very strong core as I hit a lot of compound exercises - I guess it's a side effect.

Freefaller. Your pics are impressive. Whats more you are reasonably defined and carrying a good amount of muscle.

Its easy to be big.
Its easy to be lean.
But its very very difficult to be big and lean, requiring a mixture of genetics and a lot of hard work.

Keep it up dude.

Comparison pics so far:

I can't see much difference at all, especially in the bicep pics, when I think I look better in the first lol.

Anyway given myself until August when I get married to keep on and see what gains I can make.

I think my diet is the worst part, as I'm cheating fairly frequently. Working hard though and doing cardio 4 days from 7 and weights at least 3 per week, following a 3 day split (chest / bis, back / shoulders, leg / tris) with 2-3 protein shakes per day.
