Not doing too bad considering I've not really done much excersise this week and I'm blobbing so retaining a fair bit of water
I think I've got my diet pretty much sorted so the real work starts next week and hopefully I will see more of a loss

I'm only counting my friday weight but seeing the 5lbs mark really makes me feel like I'm getting somewhere
I'm also adding an 30 min Ab Attack class in before the circuit class on a Wednesday
