YAY ! :D

I did something a little silly tonight :/ I purchased a drink from the bistro in the gym which was ( unbeknown to me ) pumped full off caffiene

If I drink too much caffiene or get any sort of buzz off things I get really dizzy and sick :(

I managed to halfway through pump before I had to call it a day ... still feeling a bit dizzy and sick now .. *bad drink* !!!
Oh no! Poor thing :( I get sick/dizzy if I've not drunk enough water, or had enough sugar throughout the day. Really throws me when I get to the gym, and it gets to the point where I have to get off the machine I'm on because I feel like I'm going to faint. Highly annoying!

Still, you'll know not to buy eeevil gym drinks next time. I stick to water at the gym. Partly so I know what's in it, and partly because I'm prone to spilling it :p

It's bloody annoying because I had to stop and I didn't want to :(

Ah well , Ab attack on wednesaday and I'll stick to my water or lucasade :)

Not doing the circuit on Wed because I have an appointment with the Family Planning people to see about the implant being removed so it might be removed sooner WOOT WOOT

That stuff is magic :D I survive on it at work (very rarely get breaks for food), I'd be a wreck if it wasn't for that :o

Well been a few weeks since I posted. Still haven't lost any weight :(.. So annoying don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Go to the gym 4-5times a week. Eating healthly, replaced all drinks with just plain water.
Although I do feel fitter and have more energy.

Tuesday weigh in yesterday - no change, which I am more than happy about considering how much rubbish I ate at the weekend - that is stopping from now on!!! When boyf says 'I fancy a pizza' I will say 'You have one darling I am having stir fry' will save money too... Not sure what effect the pancakes had last night though...

Apart from that, I am going to do three things for Lent (which starts today):

Give up excess sugar i.e. in tea and otherwise
Give up excess salt i.e. on meals etc
Drink more water

My thinking is if I can do this till 16th April then I will be in habit of doing it forever... we'll see how it goes ;)

Been a while since I updated again and I'm about to go to bed so can't be bothered with an in depth post, but I'm down to 266 lbs (19stone exactly) from a start of 19st 11lbs, so I've hit my first target!

Friday weigh in - the same as last week

Was hoping to see a loss but my exercise has been a little hap-hazard these week

Monday I stopped body pump halfway through due to my caffeine overdose , I did my circuit on wednesday but I didn't do anything last night because I had an appointment to see about getting my implant removed - Will be doing 30 mins Cardio tonight and tomorrow to try and make up for it and then hopefully back to normal next week

Hopefully I will see a loss next week .... trying not to feel a little down about it because at least I haven't put any weight on :)

w00t!! Sunday morning weigh in. I'm off to Poland/Slovakia tomorrow, so I thought I'd weigh in before I go. Probably a bad idea, but nevermind :)

Lost 2lbs this week. Now 93.75% my original weight. Still well on the way to losing a stone :) I'm not going to go mad on holiday, but I'll probably drink a fair bit, so I'm certainly not expecting to lose any weight. We'll be doing lots of walking around, and I'm going to try and be sensible with my food. Wish me luck!!!

I went out with my mates last night, and one of them actually asked if I'd lost more weight. When I said yes, she said that I was looking very slim :D Compliment of the year, especially coming from this particular mate, who never gives out compliments. Very chuffed, and feeling quite good about myself at the moment

Good luck :)
Weigh in this morning and I'm well happy. Lost 10 Kilograms so far (Started mid January) and still going strong. All my clothes are falling off me and I got nothing to wear.. SHopping time ! :D

The way I did it although GordyR or Roberta would be better to get advice from is that I moved my main meal of the day to lunch time and eat something small in the evening after the gym.

I go to the gym 5 times a week and do (all cals stated on the machines):

20mins on cross trainer on hill profile (interval training) = 320cals
15mins on step machine on hill profile = 250cals
10 mins rowing machine = 120cals
15 mins on cross trainer on hill profile = 200cals

All cardio work done with heart rate around 120-155 trying to keep the heart rate as close to 150 as possible.

30 light (25kgs) reps on ab machine
30 heavy (50kgs) reps on ab machine. (tone my fat belly :p )

My uninformed guess would be you should try and do more cardio work perhaps for closer an hour or perhaps as said before, you're not eating enough.

Go Kate !! :D

It's nice when someone ( who isn't biassed :p ) comments that you've lost weight

I had my waxing done last weekend and the lady who does it commented that I was looking more toned!! - she does my waxing every 4 weeks so it's easier for her to notice !

I know I've lost a bit of my flabby belly but it's nice when someone confirms it , I know it's not my imagination or someone saying it to keep me going ;)

I weighed myself this morning ( out of interest I weigh myself every day but I only count Friday's weight ) and I weigh 8st 5.5lbs .. considering my excercise has been a little up and down this week and I ate chips yesterday I'm quite pleased with that

Hopefully with me getting my routine back to normal this week I'll see a loss on Friday :)

Have a lovely holiday ! :D
