Oh no! Poor thing I get sick/dizzy if I've not drunk enough water, or had enough sugar throughout the day. Really throws me when I get to the gym, and it gets to the point where I have to get off the machine I'm on because I feel like I'm going to faint. Highly annoying!Piggymon said:YAY !
I did something a little silly tonight :/ I purchased a drink from the bistro in the gym which was ( unbeknown to me ) pumped full off caffiene
If I drink too much caffiene or get any sort of buzz off things I get really dizzy and sick
I managed to halfway through pump before I had to call it a day ... still feeling a bit dizzy and sick now .. *bad drink* !!!
Still, you'll know not to buy eeevil gym drinks next time. I stick to water at the gym. Partly so I know what's in it, and partly because I'm prone to spilling it
