Put on half a pound this week
Have been working really hard , Did Body Pump on Monday , Circuit on Wednesday and Pump again last night .. I'm hoping it's just water weight ... I sat in front of the mirror this morning and cried
I've decided to add in a Spinning class ( 45 mins ) on a Friday evening as I just lack the willpower to get the cardio done because I've got nobody pushing me
So my timetable will look like this :
Monday : Body Pump ( 1 hour )
Wednesday : Circuit ( 1 hour )
Thursday : Body Pump ( 1 hour )
Friday : RPM ( Spinning ) ( 45 mins )
Hopefully that will be enough cardio work ?
