yay for hugs !
Half a pound is sod all but I just feel a little meh because I didn't lose any the week before and now this week I've put some on .. I just want to try and see a loss .. hopefully it is muscle .. I know my biceps are getting quite firm and my tummy is better
The gym are changing the studio timetable on the 1st of April and they are changing the Monday pump class to a legs bums and tums ! bah ! .. It might be quite good for me but I wanna do my pump twice a week :/
They've also cut the circuit down to 30 mins but apparantly it will be twice as hard so hopefully I won't lose out
I might have to get off my butt and do pump on a sat morning
