I've been trying to tone up, been heading to the gym *almost* every day doing:
20 minutes bike - lev 8, cross contry
10-15 (2500-3000m) rowing - lev 6
6 Minutes running - lazy @ 7.1-8mph, but I can't always be arsed to do that
Usually hit that crazy ab machine (you lean forward with weights), 6x15 reps@35kg
and finnnaly. crazy pulling arm machine thing, 35kg 3-4 reps...
Its made some difference but I've been at it a while and its not burning the excess fat off either
currently: 6'1 (or 2, depending whos measuring ), 10.5 Stone
Anyone got any tips?
