I loved riding my bike and recenlt got a new one for £55 from Tesco then realised why it was £55 an gave it back. :(
LOL

Hehe, my first MTB was made from old cast iron drainpipes, judging by the weight! Aluminium 4TW!!

"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO what a ride!"

:p

But i am losing weight too. Joined the gym; 3 times a week and doing well. Going down in about half an hour too.

I like it :)

I've heard it (or a variation of it) somewhere before...*ponders*

Well I've been a bit pants with my gym visits this week .. I've not been :o

Crap has been happening in work and I've not been in the mood for going anywhere ... just wanting to come home and chill out. Got the dentist at 8pm tonight so unable to go to Body Pump :/

So that's nearly 2 weeks with rubbish exercise :o

/slaps herself

I'm going back full swing on Saturday where I am doing an hour of Body Combat followed by an hour of Body Pump

Im back riding my bike to work, done 33 Miles this week and I am pushing my self hard on the way home, I am dripping in sweat right now.

Got some meal supplements from maximuscle gonna try that for 2 weeks.

The world cup starts next week, I know I will be drinking every time England play

I may have mentioned at the begining of this thread that I had taken pictures of me when I started this dieting malarky ..

I took some more tonight, wearing the same knickers to make sure I was getting a good comparison and also using the same pose and I was very pleased with the difference I saw :)

I'm still not there, I'd say I was 70% there but seeing the difference has really given me the RAAAAAAAAAAAAH factor!! My hard work IS paying off !

I've got 2 classes tomorrow back to back and boy am I gonna enjoy it knowing that I AM doing some good !

I'm going to be brave and post the pics for 2 reasons

1. I am damn proud of myself
2. Hopefully give some motivation to some of us who may be feeling a little demotivated and feeling they aren't getting anywhere

I've been like that so so many times but I'm 100% dedicated now and bloody well will be until I get to where I want to be

Pics to follow *cringes*

I can't see too much difference in my legs apart from the outside of my thighs but my butt is smaller and more pert, there's a huge difference with my tummy and my hips .. I can see some tummy muscles !! :D

My boobs have shrunk a wee bit but they're still a nice size so I'm not worried

1st lot of pics were taken in November

Well done Piggy! :) I've lost a bit of weight resently but i've been under quite a lot of stress and wasn't eating right so i'm putting it down to that. Hopefully now i can get a routine started again i'll start losing weight again.

Thanks guys :D

For the first time I actually really do KNOW I will get to where I want to be :)

This thread has been such a huge support and I honestly believe I would have given up at many points if it wasn't for some of you guys in here *hugs*

Cor. I would. Several times.

Me too ;)

Well done Piggy! That is really great, I'm pleased for you :)

Despite doing the Race for Life I am still at stalemate, didn't stop me buying a bikini the other day though :\ didn't look too great in the changing room, but I put that down to the wrong time of the month to be buying bikinis

Had to get it though, because I know it wouldn't be there if I went back!

Well done again! *hugs*

Thanks again everyone .. and keep going !!

I'm off to the Gym to do an hour of Body Combat followed by an hour of Body Pump ( I'll probably put my weights up as well )

I can see the finishing straight in sight and I'm gonna push harder and faster until I get there ! :D

good work piggy :D

not posted in a while myself. dropped over 4% bf in total, looks like im averagine about 1% a month, which is good imo.

By end of year i would like to be under 20%bf, which shouldnt be a problem, if i continue the progress im seeing now then i will be at about 17% which would be pretty damn fantastic.

im now 123kg i think, just under 19 1/2st. So have lost over 2 stone in weight.

23%bf at 123kg isnt to bad for someone imo, could be hell of a lot worse :D
