I dont post on this thread very much, even though I know I should, but I go through phases of wanting to lose weight/get fit then forget!
But this week, I have cycled to and from work, and cycled to someones house on the otherside of town, been doing tummy toning exercise and eating lots of healthier food I went up to 10st7oz two weeks ago, and this morning I am 10st4oz, I want to be 10st for the essex meet! So lets hope I keep it up!

Can't wait to start. I shall get a course timetable next time I go. They do tonnes more classes than my old place too, so I might get involved when I'm feeling a bit more confident. Would like to have a go at circuits, RPM and kick boxing.
