Monday : Body Attack ( 1 hour )
Tuesday : Body Combat ( 1 hour )
Wednesday : Ab Attack ( 30 mins ) followed by Circuits ( 1 hour )
Thursday : Body Pump ( 1 hour )
Saturday : Body Pump ( 1 hour ) * Will be slotting this one in as and when so won't beat myself up if I skip it out
I have a half pump half attack class tomorrow morning at 10am
I've promised Desmo's sister I'm going ( it's her class ) so I can't dip out of it![]()

This was my last weeks food rota:
Brekky: Cornflakes
Lunch: ham/turky sarni with salad
dinner: either pasta + carbonara sauce or one of the previous two
err, thats pretty much it, I just alternate that.. Though a lot of chewing gum is involved
but if all goes like it has already then its not going to be that bad.
