Top 10 \o/

[LiE]

I'm coming for you top 10, retests coming in December!

[Pigeon_Killer]

I'm aiming for the top 5 in a month

[LiE]

Wilks table is where it's really at

[Pigeon_Killer]

Yeah, might not do so well on that. My BW's up over 14KG since I last had an update

[tom_e]

Don't forget to remove me off of the "Push Press League" and the "Wilks ranking" as well tom_e.

Will do mate, still waiting for FF to send me over the Wilks table details

[^TANK^]

Cheers tom_e.

[regulus]

Aiming to improve my DL over the next few weeks. Haven't gone for ORP's max the past few months either. Problem is I dropped 11kg in body weight since my last big lifts due to increased cardio and not eating 6 times a day any more. I'll see what I can do.

[JackCarver]

140 x 3 - just now - next week will be smashing pb 145

Kai - is that DW in Port i see there bud?

ahh fair enough - i like training under the green light - hulk style hahaha

[JackCarver]

Sorry my dead and squat are wrong way around - the dead is 242.5

[JackCarver]

Hey guys no 1RPM PB but smashed by REP pb,

Normaly deadlift 190x4-5 with a belt...

Smashed out 190x10 raw last night (no belt), after bench session which i got 130x5

Then spent ten min spewing my guts up! - Not a all out sesh unless your spewing at the end! Well happy 190x10 raw

[LiE]

Awesome lifting mate. Would be excellent if you could get some videos as I'm sure everyone could benefit from seeing your technique.

[Freefaller]

Nice lifting JC!

Ok bud, we are planning a max effort day next tue/thur... Max bench/squat dead in one sesh....

Ill get some vids then - but i only got a crappy blackberry as my work phone so wont be best quality...

Aiming for 600+ - so wont be amazing or new total but aiming for 140 bench (bad shoulder ) 220 squat 240+ dead

Cheers FF feel amazing today feel so thick like my back is still pumped to bits!

[tlrBeta]

Ok about time I posted on here...here we go:

90 / 100 / 100 [74] - 290

I don't think we need a video for those stats

I have let my deadlifts and squats suffer for a while. Though they are now rotated back in and I am hoping to increase my squat and deadlift by 10kg each by Christmas.

[stiv121]

Got my max squat and deadlift this week Also increased my bench by 10kg!
Stats are...

90 / 115 (B) / 90 (B) [69] - 295

Next time I come round to doing it I will try to get someone to take a pic/vid but its hard as I train solo, not like all these people taking to each other taking up equitment :-/

[Pigeon_Killer]

Can you up my bench to 160 and my deadlift to 210 please. Not the increase I wanted but better than nothing. Bodyweight's now 110.
