I used a cross armed grip, but now my weights are getting higher for front squats I'll have to use a clean grip. Keep your elbows high is my only tip really.
Does that mean you would be happy for me to do front squats and add that to the totals IE under squats UE?
if you could front squat more than back squat id be mighty impressed!

Tank, if you can front squat 220 then you really should get back squatting, you would do a phenomenal amount :]

I can go lower on a front compared to a back squat.
Different strokes for different folkes. I think I would feel more comfortable doing it front ways rather than back ways it just feels seriously awkward all that weight down on my neck, even with padding.
Thats as low as I would go lol, I don't fancy a prolapsed anus.

if you don't go lower its not a squat its a partial. Rules are rules.
I am very impressed with the guy in the youtube link I posted. I would love to be as god as that, but I'm a little nervous about how low I have to go!
