Doing my normal Sunday bits and peices/mix&match as normal, finished my 5x5 Bench, Incline DB press, Military Press & Flyes. Deadlifting was aiming for 140x10x4 like last week but this time I was using mixed grip. Found it somewhat easier...

Finally got my 200KG Deadlift today :) twice. Two singles.
Went like this:

60KG x 8
110KG x 5
150KG x 1
160KG x 1
170KG x 1
180KG x 1
190KG x 1
195KG x 1
200KG x 1
200KG x 1

Bodyweight currently around 87KG. 13 stone 12 lbs shown at the end of the session after a litre and a bit of water so in reality I'm a tad lighter.

Form was good upto 200KG. Wether it be due to fatigue or core strength I felt my back not round, but my hips roll a bit during the lift. Nevertheless no hitching, smooth and controlled. Straps no belt. With time my core strength will come but I don't really see the need to lift that heavy. Just wanted to see what I was capable of! Wanted that lift for a long time!

Just getting back into things, now and aiming for 150kg sqaut and 200kg DL. Had some injuries from rugby so probably lifting less since I done this. My bench sucks so working hard to get over 100kg... :O
 
I found 5x5 to be very effective for chest strength. Haven't fully applied the same to Deadlifts, but will be doing so to squats in the near future.
