I'm still unsure whether to get the Vader immortal trilogy for £15 as I completed the first episode in about 40 minutes. Even at £15 I'm not sure it's worth it if the game is only just over 2 hours and similar to the first chapter.

Tempted by in death unchained for £18 though. Anything else worth picking up?

Interesting - it's £10 for me...maybe because I bought the first one (so essentially the actual offer is £5 each)

They any good?
I heard good things, short but good (was under the impression more like 2hrs each), however I also heard the 1st one is the best one.

I'm going to put my money into a new game and see how I go with ep1

£10 for me also having bought 1st el already. Yes each episode is 40 mins to an hour but totally worth it. Actually half decent story and good characters and looks fantastic.

Yeah, this is how Oculus bundles work. If you already own Superhot VR, for example, the Quest Essentials Bundle would be about £48.

Vader is £4.99 for me as I already own two of the games.

So 1.7 is actually native headset resolution in a funny kinda bout way. I’d personally not drop it lower than 1.3. Try 72hz at 1.3 as the lowest and adjust the bitrate as far down as 250mbps to see if that helps with stutter.

Thanks for your help. I’ve had some success with 1.5 at 72hz. Looks amazing now. Just a little tweaking to round it off and sort out the stuttering - could be nvidia driver related as I’m reading lots about the drivers going downhill post 3000 series releases.
Wanted something to jump start my enthusiasm for gaming and the purchase of this Q2 has certainly done that. Highly recommend.

Having received my Q2 yesterday I was struggling to get Oculus link to work as when I tried to enable the app it kept crashing. My grx card is a Vega 56 and I'd read that the latest AMD drivers had an issue so I rolled the drivers back to 20.10.1 and low and behold issue fixed and I was able to play HL: Alyx ok..

I’m having same/similar problem but using
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
Palit GeForce RTX 2060 StormX
Would this be drivers or does anyone know any reason this is happening?
Everything works on another system so its been narrowed down to these

I had this issue, and older GPU drivers didn't help. I ended up reinstalling windows and the issue was fixed.

I'm starting to think that is the only answer. I was really hoping there's some other solution

You could also try enabling the beta channel in the oculus software settings and downloading/installing the 10 updates for it, and then disabling the beta channel and download/install the 10 different updates.

Link is now out of beta, so this shouldn't make a difference, but it worked for me for a while

The Quest is portable. You can always take it to a bigger playspace. (And it's incredible in a huge playspace).
