It's fair that Gibbo wait for an explanation, but I cannot begin to think of an excuse that would make me OK with work like that so I am not sure why the thread has gone

Im not on about your post. But it's pretty obvious why Gibbo has took it down. Infact he ranted about the company before they even had chance to rectify it.

Regarding my thread and the companies mentioned, for now its removed and any discussion of it please.

I shall make a new thread later as I now have answers and all been well the resolution is a good outcome and the specialist in question has given good enough reason and are now taking action to give me a happy outcome.
