Not yet, only a week left though, two and a bit if your waiting for steam.

They plan to unite all the versions eventually, so if you gget that german download one now, later on they will patch it to be identicle with all other versions.

I have a Q6600 @ 3.33ghz, 4gb ram & a 9800GTX+ @ 1920 x 1200.

IS it time to replace my 9800GTX+ for this game and America's Army 3? or will I be wasting my cash?

If I need an upgrade, whats the best bang for buck of both nvidia and ati? It will have to be a big performance gain for me to consider an upgrade, being as not many other games appeal to me this year.

I used to have hours of fun in the mission editor, I take it the editor is still fairly easy to use and decent?
Used to love setting up ambushes and controlling squads of AI units was a lot of fun!

Its still the opflash engine, so much like arma, the editor is exactly the same.

apart from the AI is pretty awesome this time round.

I would say no?. But that is just my opinion. I'm running a very similar rig to you and I am hoping that my 9800GTX+ runs it just fine, albeit I'm only gaming at my native res of 1440x900.
