Quick question guys, I currently have 2 x MSI Cyclone GTX 460’s in SLI and was looking at the Gigabyte GTX 670 Windforce as an upgrade….would it be worth it??

Against a single 460 I'd say yes, SLI i'm not sure.

That said if you sold your 460's you'd probably get the majority of your money back. Then you could go with 670s in SLI

It will be a small bit faster overall with a bigger gap as you increase resolution.

I can get around the £100-120 for the two cards going on resale prices so I'd still need to put the guts of £200 into the 670, my monitor is running 1920x1200 just don't know if I can justify the spend....and believe me I'm trying to justify it lol!!

What heaven settings? Palit jetstream is not stock, its overclocked to 1006 as far as I know.

Yes I forgot it should be oc out of the box. Also, I have no intakes on my pc case a coolermaster silencio possibly making things toastier

take a screenshot of the results + gpu-z

off the top of your head is not good enough to let you know if the score is okay as one wrong heaven setting can drastically change fps

What is your cpu?

Got a 2500k oc'd to 4.6ghz. Just checked and that was the right settings. Will temps drastically affect it? Might re-enable the front fans

I'm currently testing at 1176 core and 1677 memory and get:-

74.6
Scores:
1878
Min FPS:
26.9
Max FPS:
133.3

That was with adaptive snyc enabled too as I forgot to turn it off
