Extremely impressed with my RyZen 1700, got it running at 3.9ghz with 1.38v and I think the volts will go lower, and could probably hit 4.0ghz at the current 1.38v.
Rams running at 3200mhz, will give it a proper test with hci mem test this weekend, was nice though just selecting 3200 in bios and it happily booted. Wouldn't boot above that though but I will run the RyZen mem calc this weekend and see if I can get it higher.
Flashed the latest ch6 bios and it picked up my Nvme and has been flawless.
Need to sort out my fan profile though as it's not as quiet as I'd like, temps idle at 29c and highest I've seen was 54 during Cinebench.
Fired up Wow and the FPS is over 120fps at my custom settings, so almost the same as on my 4770k, played over an hour of Grim Dawn, CPU never went above 45c and game felt smoother than my 4770k.
Overall I'm extremely impressed
I've not followed the CPU business for a while now so gotta ask. Would you recommend a Ryzen 1700 for a computer that will be used for a lot of work as CAD and various mapping programs? So a lot of 2/3D working?

I had no luck with the Ryzen memcalc.
3066Mhz is close enough to 3200Mhz that performance shouldn't be too far off.
What ram are you running?
Also my CPU wont do higher than 3.8 no matter what volts I give it. (I went as high as 1.45v and still wasn't stable under testing)

Running G-Skill 3400mhz Cas16 Ripjaws.. i was under the impression these were supposed to be dual rank, but it seems they are single rank, from what ive read most people cant even get them to boot over 3066 so it seems the new Asus CH6 bios is definitely the one to use with these particular modules, either that or i have had some luck. Timings didnt look too terrible either, but i still want to try the mem calc to see if i can tighten them up further.
Gotta say im extremely impressed with Ryzen, i thought my 4770k was smooth when i got it, but this is a whole new level.
Obviously im GPU bound in a lots of games as im at 1440p 144hz, but for multitasking its simply unreal.

Which bios is that, the latest on the ASUS website, or the Elmor special?
I may try another bios swap, I have stayed on 9920 for some months now.
Pleased you are happy with the upgrade, I went from a 9590 so a bigger jump than from a 4770k.
It's strong point is in multi threaded professional workloads as opposed to gaming so yea it should be a good match.
But your still need a GPU for 3d rendering tasks.
Saw a clip other day that showed whilst AIO are cooler to start off, over prolonged periods, that heat will just build up in the radiator & be louder due to more fans than a normal air cooler. Makes sense I guess.
